The list features the top sixteen players and a number of honorable mentions were led by Canandaigua senior Attackman, Devin Andrews who was named "Player of the Year". Andrews, who was also a US Lacrosse All-American, scored 72 goals and 47 assists this year. The SportsFive Offensive Player of the Year plans to study and play at Stony Brook next year. |

Fairport advances to the Finals for the sixth time in nine years (3 wins in 2014, 2012, 2010 and 2 losses in 2011 and 2009). They have not reached the finals since their win over Pittsford in 2014. |

Penfield played a strong offensive game and held possession for large chunks of time. Their settled offense forced Irondequoit to rush when they did have the ball on offense. Patrick Hynes was a defensive standout for the Eagles. He repeatedly made saves that he had no business making and kept Irondequoit in the game. |
